We cannot speak highly enough of Tim and the team at Mastro. Our home had an exceptionally complex lighting and technology plan, and their execution was superb. From the architectural and feature lighting inside to the extensive landscape lighting outside, the precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional.
Mastro also delivered our security and ventilation systems, together with a zone-controlled ducted heating and air-conditioning system. Tim undertook considerable additional work to help create the connected home we envisioned, including Bluetooth-enabled lighting controls, automated switching and timed schedules. Our lighting, climate, alarms, cameras and video doorbells can be monitored or controlled from our phones. Despite its sophistication, the technology sits discreetly behind the design and makes the home effortless to live in.
Tim and his entire team were knowledgeable, professional and uncompromising about quality. At the 2026 Canterbury House of the Year Awards, our home received a Regional Gold Award and was named the Category Winner for New Home $750,000–$1 million. It simply could not have achieved this recognition without the outstanding sparkies who helped bring it to life.
